Charlotte Watts BA (Hons) DipION mBANT was motivated by personal ill-health to study to become a Nutritional Therapist at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London, where she went on to become a second year tutor and Year 3 Programme Leader there for three years.

In nearly a decade of seeing clients privately, she has had great success helping people become healthier, happier and feeling more in control of their lives. She firmly believes that we need to look our lives as a whole to improve our health and quality of life and has attracted many celebrity and high profile clients.

Charlotte is the co-presenter on the BBC3 series Freaky Eaters and the co-author of both Lose Weight Now! and Top 100 Recipes for Happy Kids. Her recent books are 100 Foods to Stay Young and 100 Best Foods for Pregnancy. She has both nutrition and yoga columns in the NHS Magazine YourChoice, is a regular contributor to magazines like Red and Zest and regularly asked for comments on diet, health and lifestyle in national publications.

She has worked for the prestigious luxury retreat company In:Spa for many years, is co-founder of the healthy weight loss company Positively Slim and devised the online Nutritional Assessment for My Natural Wellbeing.

Charlotte has been practising yoga since 1996, studying to be a teacher at the Vajrasati School in Brighton (500 hours Yoga Alliance certified). She runs both a general level class and a course and workshop for Healing Yoga, with the emphasis on breath-work, stress-relief and learning to let go.

Charlotte works with clients in both nutrition and yoga in London and Brighton for an all-round body and mind health programme. In this way she specialises in stress-related disorders, fatigue conditions and mental health, her main focus on how we can cope with the stressors of modern living.

Nutritional Therapy Consultations at Dyke Road Natural Health Clinic, Brighton:
Tuesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons

Yoga Classes at Brighton Natural Health Centre, North Laine:
• Healing Yoga Course Mondays 11.30am-12.45pm – for those with CFS/ME, recovering from illness, limited mobility or in need of stress relief
• All Levels Drop-in Class Sundays 9-10.30am – just turn up!
